Once an item passes inspection and is sealed for shipment, it is certified as damage-free.
Therefore, claims of major damage, tears, or defective items are only valid if supported by verified unboxing video evidence (see Section 8).
3. Product Representation & Color Variations
All products are photographed under professional lighting for clarity.
Slight color, shade, or embroidery variations may occur due to screen resolutions, lighting, or dye batches. These are not considered defects.
Accessories or props shown in images are for styling purposes only unless mentioned in the product description.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our official website or verified platforms.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Full payment must be made at checkout using the approved payment options.
Ishna Attire reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, refunds will be issued only if the payment was successfully captured and the order was not processed.
5. Measurements, Fitting & Custom Orders
Customers must provide accurate measurements for any custom or stitched orders.
Ishna Attire is not responsible for incorrect fits due to inaccurate sizing or measurement details provided by the customer.
Minor variations in pattern or design may occur due to handcrafted production. These do not qualify as defects.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our U.S. or international facility, depending on the product.
Shipping charges are always additional unless explicitly marked as Free Shipping in the product description or during checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
Ishna Attire is not liable for delays, courier mishandling, or damages caused in transit.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or text upon request.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-payment of customs, or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees- No refund is allowed in these circumstances.
7. Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

A. Quality Check Before Dispatch
Every package undergoes a triple-stage inspection:
Stitching and embroidery review
Fabric and finishing check (no snags, trims, or tears)
Final packaging verification (insect-free, sealed, tamper-proof)
Once sealed, the product is certified as undamaged and ready for delivery.
B. Conditions for Exchange (No Refunds)
Refunds are not issued under any circumstance.
Exchanges are approved only for genuine damage or wrong item received, subject to verification.
Customers must submit a complete 360-degree unboxing video showing the package opening from the first seal cut to the full product reveal.
The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited.
Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted for verification.
The unboxing video and claim must be submitted via email within 12 hours of package delivery.
Claims made after 12 hours or without video proof will not be considered under any circumstance.
If the claim is approved, the customer may opt for an exchange or store credit of equal value.
Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange claims will not be accepted in the following cases:
No unboxing video provided or the video is edited/unclear.
Claim submitted after 12 hours of delivery.
Item has been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Minor fabric issues like thread pulls, color tone difference, or bead movement (natural for handcrafted garments).
Damages caused after delivery (e.g., trimming, snagging, improper handling).

Offers, promo codes, or sales cannot be applied retroactively or combined.
